Announcing our booklet, A Family Guide to Mental Health Recovery

We're excited to announce that we will be publishing a booklet titled, A Family Guide to Mental Health Recovery. We have been working on this guide for over a year and are now in the final stages of artwork and design. The exact date of availability is unknown, but it will be coming out in the next month or so. Reserve a copy by completing the form, linked below.

In the process of writing this guide, we asked some of the families we have known to review and critique our draft. We wanted to make sure that what we were compiling would be useful and helpful information, especially for families who are new to the process of dealing with mental illness. Their responses:

“Extraordinarily valuable… Oh, how I could have used this when our son first got sick.”
“This is a ‘break the glass’ kind of document to help you know how to respond to an emergency.”
“This is a wonderful and helpful guide… thank you for thinking of ways to help families navigate the scary and overwhelming journey of dealing with mental illness.”
“When you have just gotten the diagnosis, you think, “What the heck should we do?” This guide would have given us a new way of thinking about what was going on and what to do next. And it would have helped us in a crisis to know about all of the options.”
